Aerospace We manufacture form-relieved "fir tree"cutters that mill the bottom of the turbine blade and the rotors. We also produce a variety of unique tooling for the industry, many of which are pictured in the photo on the left. All of our tools are made of the highest quality high speed steels and carbides necessary to optimally cut exotic aerospace alloys. |
Firearms As the oldest industry that we serve, we are proud to offer such exacting detail in all the tooling we produce for all major firearms manufacturers. To cater to this industry, we manufacture the form-relieved milling cutters, and chamber, barrel and cylinder reamers. |

Power Generation Supplying tools to the turbine industry is yet another form of specialization for Alden. The form-relieved "fir tree" cutters for the turbine rotors and blades require extremely tight tolerances. We have made major capital investments to serve this industry, including CNC grinding technology which incorporates a closed-loop, automatic post-process gaging system. |
